Play / Pause
- Single-finger tap 2 times.

Volume + (right earbud)
- Two-finger pinch and hold right earbud for 2 seconds.
- Continuous volume +: Two-finger pinch and hold right earbud for longer than 2 seconds while audio is playing.
Volume - (minus) (left earbud)
- Two-finger pinch and hold left earbud for 2 seconds.
- Continuous volume adjustment: Two-finger pinch and hold left earbud for longer than 2 seconds while audio is playing.

Additional Controls
On the front of the charging case, just below the lid seam, you will find a small, round button, called the Charging Case Button, also known as the Function Button. This is used to reinitiate the pairing process, as well as allowing you to reset the earbuds.
Pairing Information
Here is a basic overview of how to pair your OpenDots One earbuds.
For first time use, simply open the case. Your earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. Visually, the light indicator inside the case will flash orange and green.
If you are looking to re-pair the earbuds, read on.**
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case.
- With the case lid open, press and hold the Function Button for more than 3 seconds. visually, the indicator light will flash orange and green.
In both cases, one should see OpenDots One by Shokz appear in their Bluetooth settings. After the earbuds are connected to your device, they will now automatically power on and reconnect whenever you open the charging case.
Note: The range of the OpenDots One is 10 meters(33 feet). If you go beyond this range, causing disconnection, simply return within range in 3 minutes and they will automatically reconnect, signaled by a confirmation tone. Otherwise, perform any touch control to trigger the reconnection process.
MultiPoint Pairing
As mentioned above, OpenDots 1 can connect to multiple devices with the use of multiPoint pairing. Here is how to do it.
- If not present, download the Shokz app from your device's App Store, or scan the App Card, which has the app's QR on it and was included in the product's packaging.
- Make sure the app and the OpenDots One are on their latest firmware versions, and that the earbuds are connected to the device that has the Shokz app.
- The app may automatically prompt you if MultiPoint pairing is available. If not, access the page through the device's settings. Once found, confirm that this feature is enabled.
- Select "Connect to the Second Device", and follow the instructions that appear on the next screen.
