We accept returns on non-software items within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us to request a return authorization before you send us the merchandise. The refund will be issued minus shipping costs. In some cases, we may charge a 15 percent restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original condition with all original materials and accessories included.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us for replacement. Be sure to request an RMA before returning an item.
Software items including downloads may not be returned. Please ask us any questions before making a purchase.
