The case was a little difficult to fit properly but fortunately my son had the strength to do it. I love the case but receiving it was very difficult. I have heard so much positive comments about your company so am not sure what happened. I have never had a company before take money from my card before placing the order. I just do not know how to understand what happened I also did not receive the case 14 days ago but this past week. .
I highly recommend the Turtleback case. Both neck and wrist laniers are easy to connect. I am a very satisfied customer.
