How to Pair

  1. Make sure that your headphones are powered off.

  2. Hold the volume up button for a few seconds, or until you hear Audrey, the built in assistant, say "Pairing". Those with usable vision should see the indicator light flash red and blue.

  3. Open your device's Bluetooth settings, and connect to OpenMove by Shokz, or AfterShokz.

MultiPoint Pairing

MultiPoint pairing allows you to connect your headphones to two or more devices at the same time.

  1. Download / update the "Shokz" app, if you haven't already.

  2. Make sure that your headphones are on the latest firmware version.

  3. Make sure each device has their luetooth enabled.

  4. Press and hold the volume up button. Audrey should say "Pairing". Hold the volume up and multifunction buttons for 3 seconds. Audrey will say multipoint enabled.

  5. Go to the bluetooth settings on your first device, and select OpenMove by Shokz, or AfterShokz.

  6. Turn off your headphones, and repeat the pairing process. You do not have to press and hold both volume up and multifunction this time. You should now be able to connect via your second device's bluetooth settings.
