Fast, Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping to U.S. addresses on online orders of $99 or more. Most orders will ship the same or next business day with tracking. If there is a shipping charge for your order, it will be displayed at checkout.

Some items such as software are available as a download, so no shipping cost will be charged.

Returns

We accept returns on non-software items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to request a return authorization before you send us the merchandise. The refund will be issued minus shipping costs. In some cases, we may charge a 15 percent restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original condition with all original materials and accessories included.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us for replacement. Be sure to request an RMA before returning an item. Software items including downloads may not be returned. Please ask us any questions before making a purchase.

Free Matter for the Blind

Due to the unreliability of shipping mail free matter, we do not offer this as a shipping method to our customers. Free matter shipping is limited to specific institutions and types of mail and is generally not allowed by the postal service for the items we sell.
