Now Hiring: Customer Service and Sales Associate (Remote, Part-Time)

A T Guys, a leader in assistive technology since 2008, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales and support team. A T Guys focuses on providing accessible, cost-effective technology solutions to break down barriers for individuals who are blind or low vision. Our products range from mobile phones, to Headphones and Braille displays to talking voice recorders, giving our customers a wide selection of assistive technology. As we expand our offerings and reach new markets, we’re looking for someone passionate to help drive our mission forward.

About the Role

As a Sales and Customer Service Associate,, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking product guidance, placing orders, or needing technical support. Your role will be crucial in providing a friendly, knowledgeable voice that customers can rely on. You’ll also have the chance to take part in new projects and initiatives as we work to improve access technology.

Flexible Schedule

This is a remote position, and we’ll work with you to create a flexible schedule that fits both our needs. While most work will occur during business hours, we provide a flexible work environment. In addition, we offer benefits such as paid time off and employee discounts on our products.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking someone with advanced knowledge of access technology products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to help customers with a range of experience levels. Our ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable using digital tools like Zendesk and Slack to assist customers efficiently. Additional experience in areas like marketing, social media, programming, or web design is a plus, as we value diverse skills that can enhance our team's capabilities.

Requirements

  • At least two years of post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Located within the United States.
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service or sales.
